This was a challenge for me from this tutorial - http://aquilterstable.blogspot.ca/2012/08/triple-zip-pouch-tutorial.html. Made with scraps I think it turned out pretty cute.

Up-cycled

Found this little project on Pinterest and finally got around to giving it a try. Fun little pouches for Chapstick, bandages, jewellery or lunch money. Only problem is all of Husband's shirts are now short sleeved!

Qgirl wanted to fancy up her Lunchbag. She had a Pinwheel that used to dangle but it mysteriously went missing. Here's what I came up with.

Q girl went shopping for doll clothes and came across a doll clothes sewing pattern book and decided that was better value for her money. Here's is our first creation a sweet little hat made from scraps. I do the cutting, Qgirl did the circular top stitching and the seam for the brim. Can't wait to see what our next project for Alice (the doll) will be!
